Text Mode Gui

New Interfaces for the Procedural Generation test pages! 
It started because I needed better insight into the new room generation algorithm and door placement and it spiralled into reimplementing a lot of the classic text mode guis of borland and the likes.   You can now export the generated maps from the debug menu and scroll around on the maps so they won't be that highly compressed mess they were before.
